I’m just about to order another 222. I’m going to used the subscribe & save as I genuinely feel that it’s starting to work for me already and so excited to see what another month of being on it will do:)
Normally I’m anxious and grumpy before I’m due on and this month I’ve noticed a huge difference . Plus I feel more alert and energised!!! Yes it does leave a bit of an after taste but I can take that if it works… Thank you 222

Had high hopes after I had been following 222 on instagram. I’m mid 30’s and only just starting to notice some hormonal changes after having three children.
I don’t believe I’ve been taken it long enough to reap any benefits but I’m struggling through it. The flavour is not so bad but the bitterness and texture that comes with makes it really hard to swallow. I take little sips and it’s ok but I’m a busy working mum and I just need something I can throw back quickly. I currently can’t do this without retching. Sorry, not for me

Thank you so much for your feedback . I completely understand what you mean about the flavour, we’ve been listening closely and are working on an improved version with no bitter aftertaste, which should be available towards the end of the year 🙌.

In the meantime, I often share experiments on our 222 Instagram with different ways to enjoy it. Some ladies prefer it in yoghurt, with milk, or even with cordial — so you might find that helps.

It can take a little time for your body to adjust and feel the full benefits, especially after having children, so please do keep going and let us know how you get on. Your honesty really helps us grow and continue supporting women .

I ordered this as I just don't feel myself after my last baby. I was excited for good things..... I took my first drink, then happened to notice it says do not use if breastfeeding...... oops! Guess I'll have to wait to use my balance me. 😪
